✅ 1. ENTRY CRITERIA

This SOP is triggered when ALL of the following conditions are met:

• [ ] Proposal accepted and signed contract received
• [ ] Onboarding invoice paid (minimum 50% deposit cleared)
• [ ] Client added to CRM with status: ACTIVE - ONBOARDING
• [ ] Slack/communication channel created and client invited
• [ ] PM assigned and briefed by Sales Lead within 24 hours of contract sign
• [ ] Client intake form link sent within 2 hours of contract receipt
• [ ] Internal kickoff brief distributed to Strategy Lead, Content Lead, and Analyst

🚨 Hard Rule: No work begins until contract is signed AND deposit is received. No exceptions.
